Gaskets Rock International, Inc. manufactures, sells and installs commercial refrigerator gaskets to tens of thousands of commercial kitchen customers from coast to coast.
We’re looking for someone to install refrigerator gaskets in commercial kitchens on a part-time basis in the greater Phoenix area, East and West Valley. The ideal candidate DOES NOT require full-time employment.
This is a 1099 Contractor position, so you make your own schedule and utilize your own vehicle and tools. You’re NOT an employee.
What’s the job entail? Visiting commercial kitchens across the Phoenix bowl and installing our custom manufactured gaskets - it’s very straightforward. You will have paid training before setting out on your own.

What we’re looking for in a Contract Installer
- Committed but OK with Part-Time work
- Timely completion of Jobs
- Professional, Organized, & Clean
- Mechanical aptitude, Customer service attitude
- Multi-lingual is a major plus
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
You’ll need to be able to bend and squat for periods of time, work efficiently in busy kitchens without getting in the way or causing confusion, and stay organized. We provide the gaskets, your job is to get them installed as soon as possible. You can expect 20-30 hours a week, and you’ll be paid $35 an hour as a 1099 contractor.
